A list of places isn't a plan. The plan is the order. Knowing what time, in what sequence, and what to do when it rains — then living with it on a street corner with no signal.

How it works

Three steps to a trip that looks effortless.

01

Answer a few questions

Where you're headed, who you're traveling with, and how you like your days to feel.

02

Get a day-by-day plan

Hour by hour, clustered by neighborhood, with the reason behind every single stop.

03

Tweak it, then book

Swap a dinner, add a rest day, shift a morning. When it feels right, book straight from the plan.

The order, not just the list

Clustered by neighborhood, with transfer times built in, so you're not crossing town twice or standing outside somewhere that just closed for lunch.

Built around your people

Your pace, your budget, your crew. Nap windows or last call — the plan bends to it.

Questions

The things people ask before their first trip

How does TripBaddie build my itinerary?
You answer a short set of questions about your destination, dates, party, pace, and budget. TripBaddie turns those answers into an hour-by-hour plan, clustered geographically so you're not crossing town twice in a day.
Why not just use ChatGPT?
You can, and it'll give you a list that reads well. What it won't do is decide the order — which neighborhood to do on which day, how long the walk between two stops actually takes, what fits before dinner, or how to rebuild the afternoon when you sleep in. And it won't check whether any of it is open when you get there. You'd be starting from a draft. TripBaddie starts you at a plan.
What if I don't know where I want to go?
Choose 'Help me choose' at the start. A few questions about travel time, climate, and how adventurous you're feeling are enough to narrow it down.
Can I plan just a day out?
Yes. Pick Just a day on the first step, tell us when you're leaving and when you need to be back, and you get the whole day in order, starting and ending wherever you are, drive times included. Zoo days, orchard runs, that town an hour away. All of it.
Is TripBaddie free to use?
Yes. You can plan a trip and read your full itinerary without paying or entering a card. Paid plans verify every stop's hours for the day you'll be there, and add visa and entry guidance, offline and in-trip mode, the bookings manager, and a plan tailored to how you travel. $19 for one trip, $59 for a year.
Can I change the plan after it's generated?
Ask for anything in plain language: 'make day three a rest day' or 'cheaper dinner on day five'. Only what you asked about changes, and you can undo the last edit.
Does it work for family trips with young kids?
It's built for it. Tell TripBaddie the ages and it keeps transfers short, plans around naps and early dinners, and flags the stops that won't hold anyone's attention.
Can I book hotels and restaurants through TripBaddie?
You book everything yourself — TripBaddie never books anything on your behalf. Each stop carries the details and a link to where you can reserve it, so it's all in one place instead of scattered across ten tabs.
How accurate are the cost estimates?
They're ranges, not quotes. Committed costs like flights, lodging and tours are kept separate from day-to-day spending, so you can see what you're actually locked into.
Can I share my itinerary with the people I'm traveling with?
Yes. Share a link with anyone you're travelling with and they can read the whole plan without an account. Unlock the trip and they can suggest changes too, with a log of what changed. There's a clean printable version for the people who like paper.
How much does TripBaddie cost?
Your first full itinerary is free, with no card. After that, $19 for a single trip or $59 a year for unlimited trips.
Does TripBaddie tell me what to pack?
Yes. Every plan includes a packing list built from your actual itinerary — the weather where you're going that month, what you're doing each day, and who's coming. Not a generic checklist.
